We want you to be completely satisfied with your True Bias purchase and offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that digital sewing patterns are non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
